Robinson was limping around. Gibbs was on and off and in the tent. I missed the Castle injury.

Noel?
Didn't play. Was available if needed, but as a last resort.

Not sure abt his injury, but he’s played 4 games and will probably play in the next 2 if healthy. Therefore, not eligible for redshirt this year after missing time from injury.

Castle looked like a different player yesterday. He was big and mobile. If he can stay healthy he could be an integral part of the run game.

Will deliver a hit. He is more agile than I thought. When he converted to RB, I never thought he would crack the field unless clean up time. Glad I was wrong. He has been impressive along with Roberts.

Something weird is going on with Noel. Another site says it’s an attitude issue. Someone on here said when Clark was asked he said we’re not talking about that right now. Then some say injury. Seems odd

Clark post game presser said that Noel wanted to play but left out for precautionary reasons. I believe coaching staff wants to ensure fully healthy. He has tried to play last several weeks and only made it a few series.
I do not believe there are any attitude issues. People seem to like to make stuff up for clicks.

Didn’t need him yesterday.
Maybe next two. Save him.
Hope it’s not attitude related.

He very well have an issue, but I kind of doubt it. It seems impossible to have one when your replacements are doing well enough to be a big part of a five game win streak.

It’s an injury. Nate does not have an attitude issue. I think that there is a little bit of frustration in Shawn’s tone because he is frustrated for Nate. The kid worked hard in the off season and that work was paying off the first part of the season. Since he got hurt, he hasn’t been able to contribute. He may just be a slow healer. Some people are just that way.

Will be interesting to see how many of the 25 “seniors” want to come back next year and how the results of the next two games could come into play with that decision.

Noel is a 4th year junior. His time is running out. He knows it and like any player would wants to leave it all on the field. Who knows what he.might do after the season but im sure he will dip his toes in the pro channels to see what bites he gets. If he stays he would be a 5th year and trying to enter the nfl next year at 23ish years old, possibly.more injured than now.
This is when a good coach does exactly what Clark is doing. Look out for Noel's future. If a player is truly good enough as a 4th year junior, the pro scouts already know. Being healthy matters more now.

I've always wondered how it works with a player who graduates but has a year of eligibility remaining. Does he have to get accepted to graduate school or can he work towards a second degree? Does he have to take a certain number of classes?

Roberts is second all time NC high school rusher behind TA McLendon, who had a great college carrer at State a while back, you can see Roberts has great field vision and lateral movement and agility.

He’s going to have a heck of a career for APP too
