I wonder if all the Coach Clark naysayers will willingly eat a hearty helping of crow as an entrée for dinner if he happens to turn the program around

Newflash. I will ALWAYS be annoying to negative fair weather fans like you and a some other members of this MMB.
Caveat. I have doubts the program will ever reach where it was under Coach Satterfield and Coach Drink&Whiz..
especially if recruits, players, parents, and other fans read this board. They will think the sky is falling. Now we have both gotten our attention for the day.

I don't and won't make that evaluation. I'm not savvy or smart enough and pessimistic enough to venture there. Let's just say I have some doubts but also see some hopeful points which others have pointed out. Especially if folks spread doubts and negative false rumors out there on the net. Case in point the posts about Noel.
FWIW, you have a tendency to stretch statements and make assumptions that may or may not be intended.. You get your jollies that way.

Id be happy to. I'd love it if Shawn Clark righted the ship and we went undefeated from here out.
But at the end of the day, I'd rather have a jerk of a head coach that wins 9-14 most years than someone I like who wins 6.

You can’t lose at home to an underdog on national television…. we just simply do not get that many chances.
We had a packed house on Wednesday. Did you see the game this past Wednesday? There was literally nobody there.
We have a rabid Fanbase, that expects to be prepared , and we were not.
