I now have a new all-time favorite.

Love the uniform reveal - somewhat unrelated question. Have we stopped playing the train whistle during the game? I don't recall hearing that at any point last weekend.

We were SO LUCKY to have been able to watch such a GREAT player - I see him and I smile - One of the saddest moments in my life of sports - as a player, a coach, a father and as a fan was the incomplete pass on 4th down at Montana. End of an Era - a generational talent.

Agreed. It was easily my biggest heartbreak since following App state football as well as sports in general as an adult. 37 yrs old and have followed app (closely) since 2003. I was in a program in high school where I got to work with the S&C coach, Tommy Hoke, I believe it was…. and got to witness the beginning of the championship teams summer camps. Priceless.WVAPPeer wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 9:59 amWe were SO LUCKY to have been able to watch such a GREAT player - I see him and I smile - One of the saddest moments in my life of sports - as a player, a coach, a father and as a fan was the incomplete pass on 4th down at Montana. I cannot watch Armanti's last play. It hurt too much the first time.

Re: Wyo uniform reveal… now we have to win
The ending was horrible. Were inches from a completion for a td, but one of the best games I have ever seen in my entire life even with the loss. We will be hard pressed to ever have another like #14!WVAPPeer wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 9:59 amWe were SO LUCKY to have been able to watch such a GREAT player - I see him and I smile - One of the saddest moments in my life of sports - as a player, a coach, a father and as a fan was the incomplete pass on 4th down at Montana.
