2025 Football Schedule????

Would be great to schedule a home and home with Tulane or one of the Ohio schools we have not played like BGSU or Ball State.

Boise would be awesome! Kinda brings back the vibes of when we went home and home with Montana near the end of our FCS run. If it is a G5 school over P5 other options I think could be Army, Navy, BYU, Memphis, Tulane, UCF, USF, Houston, Cincy & Air Force would be 10 id be ok with

Cannot think of ANY G5 team that I would be OK with going on the road to play unless it would be the front end of a home and away deal with Boise, Memphis, Army, or Navy. A one off road game with a regional P5 wouldn’t make us any money even if there was a decent one close by which there isn’t (that we aren’t already scheduled with).

It might not be the right thing for our program, but PERSONALLY I'd by ok with a one off trip to Hawaii to even the series. (Again, I'm not suggesting that the trip would in any way meet the goals of our program)

I'm guessing Hawaii helps with travel costs even on a home and home, so I'd be okay with a H/H if for no other reason than having Hawaii in Boone would be neat.

Yea, count me in for Hawaii as well. I grew up there, well ages 2-11 1/2, would love to go back and watch our Mountaineers get a big win. I didn't make it out the last time we played (kids were too young) but I wouldn't miss it now.

Does Hawaii ever travel this far East except to play a big P5 for a nice check. That's a big of an expensive trip for about 99% of us. Lol

Toledo? Not a huge needle mover but not horrible.

NC State was the one I was thinking of at the time this was posted but I think they have been announced now. I think.

I remember the last Hawaii game.....We used it as an opportunity to get recruits who may otherwise never go there. When it became time to select the travel team, there were upperclassmen that were left off for that game but traveled the rest of the year so freshmen who were recruited with the promise they would go to Hawaii could go. It ended up paying dividends because those freshmen were upperclassmen in 05/06.
