IMO, leadership is a combination of actions as well as being vocal. My personal opinion is that ..that particular incident should have been an example for learning by the coaches and players.... coaches got to build a culture and live it...and players need to as well.. a lot lesser talented teams have done well due to leadership and culture..as it improves practice habits and execution on the field more often times than not..
