The coaching carousel is not good for our players/program but unfortunately it’s a part of being a successful G5 program. You guys that are wanting Clark fired need to take in consideration the assistant coaching changes this program has gone through in the last 4 years.

So frustrating - Im not sure if it's about being successful anymore. Maybe, just maybe, Frank Ponce will come back. Wife still works for WXII News station based in Winston-Salem. Miami is a rough spot currently...but pays more.

Screw this administration. They cut the football coaching salaries and this is the never ending shit that happens. Everts and Gillin can kick rocks. I said what I said. We need leadership who is committed to elevating our school and athletic department. We once had that but don't anymore

Barbay and others were hired with the reduced budget. Even IF we increased it, it is too late because now we are years behind after staying stagnant and reducing the budget constantly. If this were a peer to peer poaching of our OC, I could see the concern. However, we're not winning the salary pool fight with an SEC team. Barbay likely tripled his salary today. Or was it that his coaching hands were tied? The season started out with a lot of promise, new coach and then the backslide. Something drastic changed and not for the good of the program. We all knew this was coming. The only surprise is that it didn't happen in December.
