BTW: The elevation of Atlanta is 1,050.
G. State is 2nd highest elevation in the Sun Belt.

I think that Harrisonburg would be 2nd highest.

You are correct. With the addition of JMU to the Sun Belt, Ga St is now 3rd in elevation.

Heat wave in progress...3,333 temp up to 42 with wind at 10 mph. Sunset is at 6:46 so the temp should see 27 or so by EOG.

These foothills elevations here vary from just over 1,000 to about 1,300. Our place is at about 1,225. Lots of up, down and around driving. N. Wilkesboro has a couple of really long and steep hills right at the edge of the business district. Ya have to ride your brakes hard 'cause NWPD often has a cruiser just waiting on a side street at the bottom.

I didn’t realize until this thread how low Huntington is. And WV in general. At 4800 ft, the tallest peak in WV (Spruce Knob) wouldn’t crack the top 300 peaks in NC.

Beautiful state in spots, but I thought it was higher.

ugh. espn2 thinks we’re playing georgia southern and kyle vantrease lolol. can’t stand these morons.

they literally talked about southern like it was georgia state. georgia state is playing southern tonight apparently. wow, espn is hot dog water as a network
