Re: Official Sandlapper Spike prediction thread
This spread is high it feels like considering we have several injuries and this is a triple option team that our players are not use to seeing. From a talent standpoint if healthy I feel like we are 35-40 points better than them but I can't pick us to win by that margin. If Shawn and the coaches have fixed things or getting there then I will need to see us win by more than the spread to start this month to even have any confidence in November. I believe we win but not by the spread that many here want.
App 34
Citadel 17
If we have all of our stuff together and our team was 100% then I would have picked:
App 49
Citadel 7
If we struggle this month at all then November is going to be brutal for us. If we win comfortably and sweep this month then I don't think we will know we are going to be fine for sure but it should at least give some confidence that perhaps we can. I firmly believe we won't know what to expect as our finish until we see how this teams looks on November and that is just over a month away.

Unfortunately had 7 people drop out of the season-long race, including some front-runners. @BambooRdApp retakes the lead, even after @ASU3432Mi comes in with the shock of the season making his first changeup of the year predicting something other than 34-32 (which was a solid choice).

Haha, everyone counts, no matter how ridiculous the prediction.Black Saturday wrote: ↑Tue Oct 04, 2022 12:22 pmHow do you play this game, my preditions are usually facetious, anyway its effective for being at the bottom
The LOWER your score the better, a perfect score is 0. Formula used is
|Predicted Point Differential-Actual Point Differential|+|Predicted Point Total-Actual Point Total|
Have to make a prediction each and every game of the season to be eligible for the season-long race, mostly because it's a pain for me to keep up with the 100+ random predictions over multiple weeks. Keeping up with 100 for one week is easy, which is why I always do the week results in addition to the season long race.
