I would say 28th is sniffing, barely.

We lost to UNC.... Don't deserve top 25.

More surprised they didn’t rank UNC off of our win.

Does A&M deserve it?

So theoretically if we win keep winning should we only climb up? Or do we also need style points? I've always thought that there should be no ranking until after 6 games.

We got screwed on ranking though

We had votes in preseason poll so it ain’t like they didn’t know who we were. You take down #6 the way we did we should be in top 25.

A&M has a heck of a young team. It's not a national championship team this year but next year that will change. I suspect A&M will bounce back from this. They are a top 25 team. We are one 2 point conversation from being top 25.

We gave up huge points and lost at home to UNC who barely won this week. We should t be ranked yet. We are close. Keep winning at it will come.

I really didn't expect to crack the top 25 at 1-1. It will take care of itself if we keep winning. Lots of teams above us will stink it up

Marshall was four points from #25, we were nine. We faired better than Marshall in the Coaches Poll. We were 28th and they were 32nd.

Even more surprised that Coastal isn’t Top 10.

Considering where we were coming from after the loss to UNC, we took a pretty huge leap up. tied with Cincinnati for 2nd in the "Others Receiving votes" isn't bad. Marshall getting a huge boost from the win over ND. If we keep winning, we'll be in there soon. I agree with the person above about being surprised that a 3-0 UNC didn't get ranked. They're below us by 9 points! Also surprised that NCSU remains as high as they are after struggling against ECU. It's early. Doesn't really mean much yet.
