Problem Accessing Tickets

Anyone else having a problem logging into their season ticket accounts? Was working fine for me yesterday (and weeks before), now it's saying "The email address/account number and password combination you entered did not pass security. Please re-enter your email address/account number and password." I know my info is correct and the password reset function won't work either. I'll call tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone else is having a problem. Maybe they're populating parking passes and have it offline? Thanks.

I had this problem today . I used google auto fill in and it wouldn’t work. I erased it and filled it in manually it it worked.

I had this problem today . I used google auto fill in and it wouldn’t work. I erased it and filled it in manually it it worked.
Thanks for the tip. I tried it manually and it unfortunately didn't work still. Not sure what's going on, never been a problem for me before.

With the yosef login, I always have an issue. I figured out it was adding a space at the end of my username. Let Google populate the login and then check to see if there is a space at the end of your username. Now I have no problems, other than an added step.

Update: My account became unlinked somehow. Anyway, I had to re-enter info from the office to link it back together. Just following up in case it happens to anyone else. It was weird, I was able to get to my donations but not the tickets.

It's working again now that it's re-linked. I can see everything like before.

It's working again now that it's re-linked. I can see everything like before.
Great. It has to be all IT related. I’ve lost some of my priority points.

Looks like we just a few shy of 6000 Yosef Club members. Logged into my MAF account priority points page and it is showing 5993 YOSEF members. Not sure if the number represents everyone that has ever contributed or current active members.

That's great news! Last time I looked we were around 4k members. Sounds like the push to grow is working. I'm assuming this included student YC members also.
