When are the parking passes going to be mailed out? I won't be comfortable until I have mine in hand.

Called today and got the company line. “This week.”

The week has came to a close and still no parking pass. They sure like to make us sweat.

Baahaha, very funny Smart a@#…this becomes a bigger fiasco every year. I was in Greenwood, now I’m in God knows where… opening game in two weeks and it’s going to be musical chairs in all the parking areas game-day…This is ridiculous.

Why can’t priority points be used for lot assignments rather than the current years donation amount?

It you’re in the top 200 shouldn’t you get to park in one of the top 200 spots? With the weighting of 3x points for current year giving and 1x for prior year it seems we’re already prioritizing current year donors as it is.

What issues would this create?

I ordered hard copy tickets earlier this week. I was told they would be mailed by Friday the 19th. I asked when i should be worried if I havent received them and was told to call back this Friday if they had not arrived.

They are in your account. If you have the AppAthletics app, you can see them. Was told that they will be able to download and transfer tomorrow.

That's why I said vast majority. Let's be honest, the athletic department is not very well run.

Maybe overworked and understaffed and a few are overpaid by my standards I am sure, some doing this type of work may be underpaid. I do assume they are doing the best they can with the resources they have. And likely room for improvement, but I am not tossing another Mountaineer under the bus for this.

Correct. Club Seats and NEZ are hard copy tickets. They probably could have saved some postage if they had them available for pick up on Saturday.

Got my instructional email on tickets and the "tickets are here" email today. Even for an old geezer like me, that was at App when Hi tek, was a hiking boot, is was a very easy and flawless download. Now just need the parking pass!
