App FB Golf Event

I attended the App FB golf event last night in Boone held at the NEZ. What a great event and we raised a lot of money that goes directly to the FB team. We are very fortunate to have a great new building and setting for FB games. I have tickets in the NEZ, have been a season ticket holder since 1992 and this was a much needed addition in my opinion.
We are also very lucky to have some great coaches that really care and have an AD that understands the landscape of college sports.
Lets support App all we can and keep the train moving upward!

Last night was my first time going. I can’t believe how much some of those items went for in auction.

I certainly participated in that and my CC statement told me that it was a bit crazy as well!!

Given I was not there, nothing. But I did bid on the helmet auction... similar to comment above, my heart skipped a beat...when I had winning bid...so I have a sweaty used game helmet sitting on my bookshelf and damn proud of it.

Ah. You get every thing coach gets from Nike. It went for $4500.

I laid claim to one of those too. It'll make a great tailgate addition. Mine is a size medium, of course first thing I did was try it on and couldn't get my big old melon head into it! Not so certain it was game worn based on sizing but have 0 complaints about that. It's pretty cool.

I won one of the White Helmets with black block A. It is somewhat small. I am not sure it is game-worn or not. It has a little scuff on the side, however, not much in terms of looking like it had much contact with other helmets. It goes with the all black helmet I have. I would like a yellow one with Yosef on the side. It was fun bidding.
