Haven’t seen anything about this, so figured I would make a post. Does anyone know when the spring game will be or when it could be planned for. Or have I already missed it?

We don't usually do a spring game if memory serves me right. I know the year Drink was here we had one but that's it for the brief time I've been around these parts.

There was no open spring game.

It's been a long time gone round these parts just a faded memory or old rumor anymore. Sounds like a lot of fun though.

It's been discussed, time and time again. And I doubt we'll see it happen as long as Clark is HC.

It's been an on-again, off-again thing as long as I've been a part of the Mountaineer Family...six decades or so. Mostly off! Coaches Brakefield, Woods, Moore, Satterfield and Clark were/are more into either an open or closed extended scrimmage to end spring practices. Coach Drinkwitz wasn't here long enough to give it any thought (but FWIW he's a spring game advocate).

Don't hold your breath for the next one at App.

It simply doesn't make sense for App to have a spring game. They are only allowed 15 practices in the spring. Why waste a practice for a poorly attended event?
