3 year Season Ticket Commitment

When I renewed my season tickets for 2022 , I did not check the 3 year commitment box. Now I'm starting to worry I made a mistake.

What are the negatives of not signing up for 3 years. Could I lose those seats to a higher ranked donor?

Pretty sure they will be first available to you but may cost more. The 3 year commitment just locks this years season ticket cost for the next 2 years if you renew each year.

I'm sure you could contact them and tell them to check the box. It doesn't mean your legally obligated to purchase season tickets for 2022 and 23.

When I talked to the ticket office they said its to lock in the ticket price and that you are pledging X amount of money to the YC going forward. They also said if circumstances change in your situation you can cancel going forward. It's a pledge not binding contract. Hope this helps.

I saw all the talk about the 3 year commitment also but I must have overlooked the checkbox also when I renewed this year because I don't recall seeing it.

There will be Zoom calls in the coming weeks where some of these things can be answered. This is one of them that needs clarity. What are some of the other items of concern that some feel need to be better communicated?

Hopefully the digital tickets will be as easy to use as the Carolina Panthers digital tickets. For the numerous folks who do not have smart phones I hope they will still be able to print regular tickets. The Panthers still have that option for those who request them.

They tested it last year with the students.

I also had digital tickets as well when I would buy extra tickets for games last year. They send it through email so you can download it to a wallet on your phone. If you do not have a smart phone you can access it from your email as you walk through the gates. Or print the email from home.

So we’re proven 18-22 year olds can use digital tickets. I would have tested it on the boomers.

Just be sure to load ticket into wallet, email may not work as most stadiums have lousy service.

This is the problem. Plenty of our fans don't travel very often or attend other sports venues. I've blocked off a couple of hours before the first game to teach my parents how to use the wallet on their phones. :D
