Beasley made it as a track athlete too. We had a lot of great ones there too, including our Olympic medalist Melissa Morrison.

Nearly 1/3 of the list wore the Black & Gold. What does that tell you?

Donald Sims should be on the basketball list, hands down.

Eh. Great guy and great scorer but couldn't play a lick of defense. IMO, that's what kept him out of the league.

Eh, more than one thing stops numerous guys from making the NBA. Not sure if you know how difficult it is. I saw him play his whole college career.

I did too. And I can't count on one hand the number of times I remember him actually hustling on defense. If he was screened at the top, his guy was scoring because he wasn't going to fight through it.

Again, great guy and a great scorer. But you need to be able to play defense if you want to be on this kind of list.

He also got shafted by the coaching change and Cobb calling him out by name saying they wanted Capel over Matt (which wasn't anywhere near the truth).

I wish he could come teach the team how to shoot free throws.

Anecdote. They didn't list Joe Parker as being a Playboy All-American (which he actually was). :)
Too, did Mary Jane Harrelson make any of the lists for T&F? I knew her uncle very well.
