Might as well get this started even though, since I've spent so much time on the others and the 2014 football changes hourly, I'm not sure I want to.

JK
It's being reported that QB
Kelly Bryant (6' 3" 200) of Abbeville High School in Abbeville, SC has picked up an offer from App today. He is already showing offers from Clemson and South Carolina. His freshman video is shown below. I have a feeling these are the first of many offers to come.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPPlsRevnOw
Have also seen a report on 247 that we have offered LB
Cecil Cherry (6' 0" 220) of Frostproof High School in Frostproof, FL. but I haven't seen the offer show up elsewhere yet. He is showing offers from (stretches fingers) Arizona St, Bayor, Clemson, Florida, Florida St, Ohio St, Penn St, UCF, Louisville, UMass, Miami, South Carolina, USF, and Tennessee so far. I guess he could accept an Oscar for Sally Field (THEY LIKE ME...THEY REALLY LIKE ME!!!)
I'd better be careful...we might soon be offering 8th graders like the big boys are doing. Wouldn't that be a hoot. 5 recruiting pages at once.

Yeah Cecil got offered back in Feb before most of those other schools piled on, here is the tweet that announced it:
I haven't interviewed him yet since we're too worried about 2014 and obviously he's a longshot.

No kidding...that's why I put stretching fingers before I started typing offers.

And he's just a rising jr. I'm looking forward to seeing exactly how many offers he winds up with, providing he stays healthy.
Thanks for the link to the twitter account John.
And yes...2014 has been and is staying CRAZY. Going to be a LONG 9 1/2 months.

I've posted the 2014 offers as I know them in that thread and on the main page and then I'll build the pages after I get a little rest. Below is our latest 2015 Football offer:
RB Bryce Love (5' 9" 179) of Wake Forest Rolesville High School in Wake Forest, NC (posted April 30, 2013)
Love already shows offers from Duke, ECU, UNC, NC State, Tenn, and Va. Tech.

Got another "for the stars" player. Per twitter App has offered LB Sherrod Pittman (6' 1" 215) of First Coast High School in Jacksonville, FL. I'm not even going to list the offers he shows (my keyboard wouldn't survive) but I will say there are at least 22 showing so far and 20 of those are BCS. One thing you can say about our staff is we're not shy.

I saw this guy play against my son's team in the play-offs last year. He is the real deal.

Took me a while to find this thread but we've got two more reported 2015 offers. WR/ATH
Kavontae Turpin (5' 9" 165) of Neville High School in Monroe, LA and RB
Ray Ray McCloud III (5' 9" 166) of Sickles High School in Tampa, FL.
Turpin is showing an additional offer from Northern Illinois.
McCloud is showing additional offers from Arizona, Clemson, Florida, Ga.Sou, Kentucky, Louisville, UMass, USF, UT, Tenn St, and Wisconson.
Video for both is below. Hudl for Turpin and YouTube for McCloud.

My sister is posting this since I’m sitting in a dead truck on the side of a SC highway waiting for a wrecker. Browsing twitter while waiting and saw a new, reported 2015 offer. CB
Maurice Smitherman (5’ 10” 170) of Minor High School in Adamsville, AL is reporting on his twitter that he has picked up an App offer. Says it’s his tenth. I’ll add to this and see if I can find some video when I finally make it back.

Good Grief. Twitter is blowing up tonight. Between the Price/Barnes situation, some idiot who's posting all the App news that is OLD news (all of last years problems), and the BOE voting situation I've been going through several hundred posts an hour. Somewhere in all the chaos I was able to dig this up.
RB/WR
Taylor Thomas (5' 8" 175) of Edward H White High School in Jacksonville, FL is reporting on his twitter that he has an offer from App to go along with offers from UCF, WCU, and WKU. Some video highlights are listed below.

Per twitter and internet reports App has offered WR
Dupree Hart (5' 7" 180) of Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, SC. Hart is a dual sport athlete (baseball). I've found a couple of video clips that are just single plays but one from AthleteVault.com is his freshmen highlights reel that I'll post a link to below.

From first glance it appears we are recuriting 50,000,000 WRs. Is any focus being placed for the trenches?

After being completely obliterated on both sides of the line Saturday night, I would expect to see some offers to some big uglies; maybe even some JUCO guys coming in.

Completely agree that the focus needs to be on big uglies, but we do have a few Sr. WR this season who will need to be replaced. We can't afford to neglect any position as we move forward (as we seemingly have done for the past few years). There's no need to take 8 receivers and QBs, but we've still gotta get the offers out there.
The biggest question to me is why do we seem to have this fascination with skill positions? Is it because they're considered "sexy" or something? I don't get it. Maybe the skill position players just spend more time on twitter or something and we have tons of offers out to linemen. One can hope, anyway.

I would hope so.
Only problem I forsee with getting JUCO tranfers, they would only have two years of eligibility (I think) coupled with the fact that for the next two years there is nothing to play for, it may be hard getting them. If that makes any sense.

Hopefully we can get em', as previously stated Saturday's result was an eye opener.
