All the griping about concession lines. There shouldn't have been any complaints about ease of getting beer. It was on each side underneath the East and West stands and along the South End concourse. One vendor had lots of cases stacked high. Huge cans.that's why soft drinks and dogs and hot chocolate were hard to get. Almost every window had beer and pretzels. Beer flowed freely on the East Side. Here's hoping we netted as much revenue as it looked like. One guy looked like he paid more for the booze Saturday than his ticket costed.
Too, didn't have to worry about the East Side sun..there was none. So I had nothing to gripe about.

While I think this is a silly thread, I will say that was in the North End Zone on the field and never had to wait for a beer at those lines & I also spent more money on beer than my ticket cost.

Ridiculous to make it practically impossible to get a child a box of popcorn and a soda, while adults get their beer without be inconvienced at all. And yes, I am a Baptist.

lets not confuse the issue. Keep the beer easy to get. make it easier to get popcorn or whatever the teetotalers want.

I would gladly to shout 10 to 20 Hail Mary's for penance if they would start serving Maker's Mark during the FB games....

Not confusing the issue. It’s the bottom line. Sales and demand. Many many more wanted beer than soft drinks, popcorn, and hot dogs. Most windows were beer windows as well as the foot traffic space.

Had there been more extra space for non beer items, there wouldn’t have been enough room for entrance and exit. It was much faster go over to the South endzone concourse and have your choice to get all the soft drinks and a variety of good food. They were hurting for business comparatively.

Fans wanted beer in the non- box seats. Well we got it...all a non-alcoholic drinker could want. Can’t have everything. Priorities you know.
