Did a little research on it, and Daniel Kilgore appears to be only the fourth App State alum to make it 10 or more seasons in the NFL.

He and Dexter Coakley both played 10. Mark Royals played 18, and Larry Hand played 13. Pretty rare club

My hat 🎩 is tipped to you Mr Kilgore. I remember you coming in as a TE then the move to Center. Congratulations on just an outstanding career at Apps and the NFL…….. nothing but appreciation and respect for the way that you played the game and conducted yourself off the field. Well done!!!!!!!

Talked with him a bit at the Gala in June. What a great guy. He told me then he had retired. I was sort of surprised, but not really. Said he was back at home in TN. I expect he will be at the Rock a lot this fall.

I feel like this warrants a highlight video, if I can find enough on the internet I'll definitely throw something together.

isn't the average career in NFL about 3 yrs. That is an outstanding NFL career. He represented App St well. Very proud of him and his career.

Perhaps he would be available to speak at the home opener when we unveil Jerry Moore Statue and Plaza.
