Louisiana came from behind to defeat Ga. State in Atlanta 34-31 in overtime.

Now we need to take care of business at Marshall.

I'm so glad they won. Our league needs them and App to both be undefeated when we meet. I felt this would be a scare for them because they have never been ranked before. Now they know what it is like to defend their ranking so I would imagine they should play much better next week.

That isn’t going to happen.

At least they won. Plus their offense looks good, ours doesn’t. How do we return so much talent and look so pedestrian????

Based on performance, ULL and Ark State are the top 2 teams in the Sun Belt currently. Luckily they are both in the same division. We will figure it out and likely still make the conference championship but that doesn’t mean we will be the better team again.
We normally have a terrible game every year. Ga Southern last 2 years. Unfortunately it seems to happen in prime time.

Our best bet to beat ULL Oct.7 will be to have fans.

I watched most of the game and I don’t think we can beat either team with the way we have played so far this year. We clearly have the talent but right now we lack the execution.
