In case you're thinking about calling the ticket office to purchase 2020 season tickets, they're closed until January 2.

I tried in vain to reach them yesterday, appstatesports.com and the ticket office recording indicated they were open but that is not the case.

Just passing this along to perhaps save others a little frustration.

I say this with reserve. That recording is the most unprofessional thing I’ve have ever listened to. She sounds like she is eating a sandwich then drops the phone ...then David Jackson starts yelling. We could obviously do better.better yet maybe just have short message that says we are closed.

Yes, mountaineerman it is the worst recording I’ve ever heard! What’s more, is that the Yosef Office was open. After talking with them for about 20 mimutes, they were most informative and helpful, they transferred me to the ticket office and I got the same sandwich eating announcement. What’s more is that the announcement tried to sell me tickets to the bowl game. Before she just stops, in mid sentence she announces that she lost her train of thought! To make things even worse, it’s still uncorrected this morning! It might help to sell tickets if we could actually buy tickets.

Sure, now that I know they're closed. Would've been nice to have that message on the web site or recorded phone announcement.

Jonathan is a class act and a gentleman. We're lucky to have him.

Of course I could call when they are open! But if no one answers the phone when the message says they are open how would you know when they are open! The point was that it was very embarrassing. Glad they corrected it and I’m thankful for those who work hard for ASU!
