Best of luck to one of the greatest we have ever had. Since he is a running back I can’t blame him for a second, especially since he’s already had one significant injury. No way his stock is ever more impressive than it is right now. I hope he gets drafted, and no matter where his future takes him I know he’s going to make us proud. What a great Mountaineer!

Really hope we see multiple Apps drafted this year. Evans, Davis-Gaither, Fehr, Johnson all with a shot.

Thinking he’ll test better athletically. Also I’m sure Darrynton sees special teams as a huge avenue to carving out a long and productive career in the league, something Jalin didn’t have going for him

Surprised. He talked about it all year, but those close to him said he was just feeling things out. I guess he liked what he heard.

Happy for him, sad for me. We’d have lost several games over the past few years without his play. Freshman year bowl game comes to mind.

Sucks for us, but good for him. He picked up the flag on the battlefield when the then carrier went down and he never stopped going.

I think we'll be okay. We're an attractive program that should keep attracting talented young men like Evans and Moore to reload.

Anxious to see the next man up. Will be interesting to see if any RBs set their sights on App through the transfer portal now with Evan's leaving.

Losing him to the NFL is not idea short term but long term getting our Mountaineers into the NFL can not be bad for recruiting.

We will be fine.i just hope he makes arrangements to get his degree.

I thought he was ready. Will miss him. BUT enjoyed watching immensely!

With him having been on campus for 4 years I would guess he at the very least is very close to graduating.

Hope we see him on Sunday a lot for many years to come.
