Pretty Good Last Minute Flight/Hotel to New Orleans

Unread post by WASU 93 » Mon Dec 16, 2019 4:52 pm

If anyone is looking and willing to arrive less than 3 hours prior to game time:

Delta Vacations (go to the Delta site, choose other and go to Vacations)
Choose Hotel + Flight
Charlotte (CLT) to New Orleans (MSY)
Take the 1:17 pm flight out of Charlotte on Saturday, connect through Atlanta and arrive at New Orleans at 5:40 pm

Return Flight on Monday morning, there are a few options

You can pick from several hotels (I chose the Renaissance-Warehouse District for my search)
Flying Main (a step above economy) $635.00 TOTAL with taxes and fees for 2 Adults (less than $318 a piece)

Does this include the hotel for both Saturday and Sunday nights?

Yes, they have about 20 hotels to choose from and the price varies based on your hotel choice. It's probably a fluid deal, so if you are interested, you may want to look at it before it's gone. If you booked the flight by itself, it's $716 per person. So, at least this afternoon, it was a pretty substantial deal.
