Signing Day Reception
Most upbeat event in several years. Our coaches are simply tremendous. Scott was very impressive (as all coaches were) and you could feel the energy in the place. On field practices will be M-W-F-S in the spring with Sat. as scrimmage day. Tues and Thr will be film and teaching days. No mention of no admittance. An actual spring game April 20. Spring practice starts March 22. Winter workouts start Monday. Complete schedule out in a week or two. One of the Sat. scrimmages will take place in Charlotte in order for exposure and recruiting. QB Lamb really looks good.

You and me both. My son has had even more problems with GoASUTV than myself.moehler wrote:tried to watch it on the computer, would not link, tried everything, not surprised, really hate ASU tv

This coaching staff is really bringing is some new ideas, I love it. There's a ton of support for App in and around Charlotte, that scrimmage will be packed.Robert Norton wrote: One of the Sat. scrimmages will take place in Charlotte in order for exposure and recruiting.

RN: did they mention when the Charlotte scrimmage might take place? I will clear my schedule for that.

I got it, but there was such a bad delay that it was unwatchable. However, it is in the video archives, and that version works just fine.moehler wrote:tried to watch it on the computer, would not link, tried everything, not surprised, really hate ASU tv

A big turnout for that could show how much pull we have in Charlotte. I may have to incorporate the scrimmage in with a trip to see my folks.asumike83 wrote:That is awesome, I will definitely be there!BeauFoster wrote:This coaching staff is really bringing is some new ideas, I love it. IMOp, most of the subscribers to goasuTV are simply making an additional donation.Appsolutely wrote:I got it, but there was such a bad delay that it was unwatchable. I have had issues at times as well, but the problems usually get corrected and I would rather have the service than not. Personally, I would give them a C+ for the last year.
I also just got my renewal e-mail and it states, "If you wish to continue your subscription, it will be renewed automatically at the same price of $0 for another year." Can't beat that price, but I have a feeling it is not true.

Whoops. Upon further review, it was SoCon TV. I guess the reason it is $0 is because I never had a SoCon TV subscription.

I think SoCon TV is indeed free. After charging for a few years, I think they realized having something to offer is better than not, if only for appearance sake, but charging was not worth the effort. Elon and Samford have free feeds. SoCon is using the same NeuLion platform GoASU uses, but a few schools have moved to other streaming options or never had JumpTV/NeuLion, and I am not sure if the SoCon can or will stream anything other than the schools that are using NeuLion in the conference. I got a free SoCon sub last year during the basketball tourney and watched a bit that way.
I may have screwed up the formatting as I was getting rid of embedded quotes that was over the max allowed. Sorry if that matters.
