I know A5 conferences play actual neutral site games but do any other conferences (AAC, CUSA, MAC & MWC) have these same "neutral" rules for the home team's stadium?

Not fond of the SBC distribution either. Other SBC programs should not be making equal money (I realize it's not a lot) off the backs of App fans.

It doesnt matter.... the Rock is like a cold and loud "witch" this time of year, you can put a Sunbelt mask on her, but she is still going to be a cold and loud "witch"!

Dint understand the point of home field advantage, when the conference has to put their own touch on it. Are the Sun Belt logos not enough? It's just stupid, just like in the FCS days playing the bell on our own third downs. Just stupid.

I could not agree more. We earned home field. This isn’t a neutral site bowl game. Stupid!

The temporary SB banners will look cheap and trashy. Is that what the conference really wants on national TV?
As far as the 3rd down etc—-Marching Mountaineers can rock. Hope they are ready to blast it.

Waste of precious Sunbelt money. Pack the Rock! Loud and Proud Mountaineers! Loud and Proud.

Yes! They're even having a poster contest. Contest rules can be found on Twitter I'm sure.

I don’t mind it personally. I was just at the Sun Belt Volleyball Championship Game and the whole gym at Georgia State was covered in Sun Belt banners. For me it was a constant reminder that this isn’t just another game it’s a championship and it actually kind of hyped it up. I feel like it’ll do the same for the football game. We still keep the block A midfield and the crowd will be cheering for App which is the main thing.

Just like during the days of the FCS playoff games at home when everything was supposed to be neutral and was NCAA branded. Forget the decorations and just show up loud and proud!!!

Will the announcer be required to say "and it's another Ragin Cajun FIRST DOWN"? I mean, if they get any first downs.

Both teams will have th same type of entrance with fireworks.


App is the home team, but this game is hosted by the Sun Belt Conference.
