I can't seem to find any info on Zach's injury. Sorry if I missed it.
Anyone know if he'll be ready for CCU?

This should be kept confidential until gameday. No reason to give the Chickens time to plan for a specific player.

Makes sense. Just hope it's not too serious.

He was walking around the locker room after the game. He didn’t have any brace on so that is good news. He is probably in concussion protocol but the 10 days should help out with recovery.

Wishing Zac a speedy recovery. Proud to be a Mountaineer.

He may have received a concussion which requires special protocol. He's a good one. Hopefully he'll make a speedy recovery.

No line yet for game with coastal, that tells me there has been no information released on his status for Saturday.

If ZT is unable to play Saturday, from what I briefly saw Thursday night, I think Huesman is more than qualified to step in.

From Ethan Joyce from the teleconf. It was a concussion and he is day to day.

I am making the trip to Coastal, but I remain on the PUP list indefinitely.

If Zach isn't game able, was wondering if Derrick or Huesman would be the best starter against your next opponent. Seems to me Hennigan needs to step it up a bit.

I don't see Zach playing if he hasn't been able to practice. Jacob has more time in the system but Peyton was the number 2 ....Everyone,everyone needs to step it up a notch. We will .

I don't think we will know who plays QB (or Zac's status) until Saturday. Huesman certainly looked better in his time against GS but I honestly think that we will be fine with either one. The GS game was an anomaly in many ways causing Derrick to spiral but I really don't think that is representative of his talent or of what we would likely see against Coastal.
Regardless of the QB, I predicts a very conservative game plan which is slanted heavily toward the run. If ZT doesn't play (most likely) I'd expect to see both backups.
