Signed up for ESPN+ for tomorrow and just tried it out to watch the Mississippi State vs App Volleyball and it says try again later. Well, I did, but it still won't start. Just hoping that doesn't happen tomorrow.

Nevermind. It started late. Apps leading 2-0. Replay.

I've had that problem a couple of times with several ESPN streams on my Roku. 99% of the time if I just give it a few minutes or go back to the home screen and relaunch the ESPN app it works.

Their web page is hard to navigate. I may cancel it.

I agree it sucks. If you've got it linked to your ESPN.com account should be able to click on your favorite team and see all associated replays. Right now (on roku at least) you have to go to recent replays, slog through soccer games, volleyball, P5 postgame pressers, etc just to find your team's game.

I'm used to it by now but I fullheartedly agree that they need to work on the search function to make it easier and faster to find what you want.
I understand that they have tons of programming but it would also be nice to be able to go back after the season to watch games we'd like to see again. You can only access the week's before game and after that it's gone forever.

I like it overall but I agree, it’s difficult to navigate and I never did find the Garner Webb replay. ESPN 3 was easier.

I found it on a browser from a laptop.
One positive is that I was able to watch this on Chromium and a Linux distro. I have this old laptop that does not do a great job streaming to a Chromecast with Windows but I have a dual-boot Win10/Linux and a lightweight Linux distro and Chromium and this setup can handle the DRM of the stream and send to my Chromecast. Firefox can do the DRM stuff in Linux but sending to a Chromecast is not in the cards at present.
But ESPN3 was easier.

I was watching on AppVision. They did not have the score on the screen but live stats was close enough to keep me informed. After a close first set we pulled away.

All of the streaming technologies are more difficult to navigate than cable or satellite services. They have more variables. You have to consider that they are much less expensive and generally offer more options (replay archives for example) included for that low price. It's a hassle, but one I can live with.
I wouldn't have ESPN+ if the Sunbelt didn't have our contract with them. But they do, so I do.

I am streaming a bit inside KBS. Colors are fine but lots of buffering. I assume the buffering os all the phones being used more than anything else

No lights in stadium and clouds may be causing some color imbalance.

Light on now. Curious if color imbalance is same.

I had to leave for work at the end of the end of the first quarter. The color was terrible. The people looked like Ooompa Loompas, they were orange but that wasn’t the only problem with the picture. Everything was dull and washed out. Never seen that before at one of our games. Our production is usually pretty good. Its like they forgot to white balance and calibrate the cameras.

The small screen of my phone may have masked some of the color problems others were having.

It was okay on the board in the stadium. I can only assume they are using the same cameras.
