Ready, like our team to move forward to this week’s opponent. Odds makers have App State -13.

Coming off a homecoming loss to LaLa,... Will Idaho put up a fight?

Their passing attack has been strong in years past. Maybe we can snag some interceptions ... maybe 6?

Given our close TxSt game this one may be close as well. Hopefully they don't have a small fast WR/KR guy like NMSU. Do hope for more INTs.

According to some Idaho fans they do not attack the middle in the passing game lately.

Road games are never easy especially with the travel Idaho requires from Boone. I just know the Vandals still have a good QB and App hasn't exactly blown out their Belt opponents thus far. Hopefully this is the week that everything comes together for App and I don't have to take extra blood pressure meds. The last three games have aged me.....

Does anyone know how good they are at stopping the run?

I'm not sure how good they are at stopping the run this year but we've put up big running yards on them the past two years.

Jekyll and Hyde on run stopping. Gave up 357 to UNLV and 244 to USA, but only gave up 135 to WMU and 84 to ULL.

Linehan is still the QB so they have a prototypical pro style QB that doesn't like to run the ball. They have played a pretty weak schedule up to this point and are 2 and 3. But #63 WMU had to score three times in the 4th to come from behind and win. The passing game seems to be struggling a little bit this year and I think we can come out of this with a lot of hurries, some sacks and maybe some interceptions.

Hopefully for us, we can travel across the country and be ready to play. I hope we can come out of the gate with intensity and urgency, have a good game plan and play to our capabilities.

Yes we have. I'd have to believe that Moore's going to be in their cross-hairs big time given his history with Idaho and last week's performance.

It's about time for our tight ends to eat up the seams again.

Need more of that 2 RB sets as well, would like to see that a little more. Confuse them on who is getting it one of the RBs or the QB.

I look forward to cheering the black and gold in person for the first time since Idaho in 2015. I remember being bummed that Marcus Cox was out in 2015, but then Moore ran half way to Seattle!

They are 7th in the Sun Belt in run defense. They have been better against the pass.

Linehan has a 38.3 total QBR so far this year and has been sacked 15 times . . . the problem for the Vandal maybe dealing with App State's front 7.

Linehan is a good QB, so I assume that reflects the lack of a decent OL. I think the lack of recruiting due to their pending drop to FCS is showing. I actually think they are playing better than most people would have expected under the circumstances.

Maybe GS should try and pick off Petrino after this season since the Vandals are dropping down and the Eagle faithful is none to happy with TS.

This game wreaks of a trap. Cross country trip sandwiched between a hard fought homecoming game and what looks like a game with an opponent that isn't playing up to their potential.

Any game where we don't play our best is a potential trap game. I don't think that Lamb has another off game though and I really don't think Idaho has the OL to protect Linehan this year. Hope we just go get it done
