Send us a Coach--Ga Sou

Unread post by EmperorEagle » Mon Oct 09, 2017 3:15 pm

Do y'all have a position coach or even a good high school coach in the Boone area capable of winning a game for us. We could surely win a few games with a minimal amount of strategy and planning applied to game day. We have no leadership here at any level.

Are you and eagle nation willing to give up on the triple option?

Absolutely, I would. I admit it was fun to watch and I love the 1 AA days, but it is too much to watch a, once proud, program get hammered by a bad FCS team.

You guys can send the second string this year and let your #1s go home early for the weekend when you play us.

From what I've read on the message board, it sounds like y'all need more than just a football coach. I still can't believe some of the comments from your AD. Maybe both of them can land a job at Tennessee. I hear they're likely to have an opening ...

In all seriousness, I hope that GS is back up and at 'em soon. At least the homecoming unis are pretty awesome.

Yes, we have a systemic problem here. It will take a few years to turn this ship around given how far we have fallen. Yeah, I usually like traditional uniforms, but these are nice.

You guys have one of the youngest teams in FBS. I think coaching staff needs to be given another year to turn it around personally. App has proven that long term coaching consistency pays off.

Normally, I would agree with you, but if you had sat in on coaches shows and listened to post game video, I think you would even say..hey, time to move on. I do agree with you 90 % of the time.

We had a few extras but Western Carolina got them first. Now they’re winning there. Let that sink in...winning at Western Carolina.

We might have a Grad Assistant qualified to coach Georgia Southern...Now would they be interested? That might be a completely different story.

EmperorEagle, has your freshman QB been improving as the season progresses? My fear is that he'll figure things out in time to head up the mountain.

Actually I think GaSo should give a vote of confidence to both the Athletic Director and the entire football Coaching Staff and immediately give them 3 year extensions.

Georgia Southern asking App State for leads on coaches? They're getting desperate down in Statesboro.

Hold out a few weeks, Butch Jones might be available.

I am thinking they might need to add a complimentary room at an extended stay hotel to their next coach's incentive package.
