Countdown to a Championship

Unread post by appstcyclist » Sun Nov 18, 2012 9:06 pm

Listened to Countdown to a championship.

Key points:
1. Very deep field. As we all know some very good teams were left out of the playoffs.
2. Sam Houston State looks very good, and should be very dangerous in the playoffs.
3. Ill st. has some talent on their team and a good running back that app will have to be ready for. They also beat an FBS team.
4. A bit of talk about the amount of rest and that coach Moore will have to work hard after thanksgiving to make sure we are still at game speed.

I think point number four is very true. I know that we will be a lot healthier but we will need to make sure have haven't lost our speed.

I don't know what kind of workouts we had in last week's off week but this week should be like a "mini camp" to get back up to game speed with an off day for Thanksgiving. I know it's tough but some of family Thanksgiving traditions may need to be sacrificed in order to compete for a championship. Next week should be regular game week practice schedule.
WE ARE YOSEF!
