I know this could go under other schools, but it comes up a lot here (and it is ASU).

Re: Az State uniform colors should stay Maroon and Gold
Yeah I'm in the camp that feels the NCAA should impose a color standard across the board where programs are only allowed to use their primary/secondary colors at home and white on the road unless programs agree to switch (see LSU wearing white at home or App's "whiteout"). I see where the Sun Devils are still allowed to wear a black uniform so long as maroon and gold are included.
I feel teams who wear an alternate black jersey, when black is not a primary/secondary color of said program (see Duke, UNC, UNCC, ECU, etc...), infringes on the brands of programs (like App, USM, Wake, UC, etc...) that have black as a primary/secondary color. I understand it's a way for those programs to sell more merchandise but can any of our fans imagine having a green or purple or red "alternate" jersey? What's the point in programs having designated school colors that help identify that team if they don't stick to those particular colors?

Does anyone else find it a little creepy that Tennessee is wearing those hideous "smoky" gray unis in the Music City bowl to honor/remember Gatlinburg and the wildfires??!

Last year during a sportscenter they showed an AZ State clip and they were wearing the black unis --- the host said something to the effect - "they look like Appalachian State in those all black uniforms" ---
"Montani Semper Liberi"
