It's going to be interesting with what looks like 3 seeds out west... Geography is out the window this year!

JMU would be a tough first round game.

If we get the auto bid, then that pretty much rules Wofford out of the playoffs. It will take UTC to beat Wofford for us to get auto bid, which leaves Wofford with only 6 D-1 wins, unless they beat South Carolina the following week and I'm not seeing that one. Man, I don't want JMU again. Always fun to see your projections though.

We would have one HECK of a hard road... But it seems fairly logical considering how close we are to one another and our history.

While ASU did beat the #1 team in the nation on Saturday it probably put into motion several events that will hurt...

1. No SOCON team will probably be seeded
2. With so many West Coast seeds it looks like there will be some insanely "hard" games on the East Coast in the first and second rounds
3. Wofford's loss probably puts them playing Thanksgiving weekend and then flying to Timbuktu.

I think Woffy will win against UTC... The SOCON autobid can basically be interchangeable... No matter who gets it... it won't make a hill of beans difference in terms of where they put the three teams in the field...

More worried of beating furman before I think of playoffs.

Woffy vs. Chatty really doesn't matter. If Chatty wins, we get the auto bid. If Woffy wins, it goes down the list. Woffy lost to Sammy so I don't think there is any way for them to get the auto. It will come down to us and GSU. All that is assuming we come ready to play and take care of Furple.

I don't want to think about the playoffs until we beat Furman! This young, banged-up team still has one more game and I gurantee that we will get Furman's "best shot". They will be dialing up trick plays and their special teams (usually) are pretty good! Let's beat Furple then we will have two weeks to discuss playoff scenarios! Gotta love college football and all the joy that it brings into our lives!!! Let's GO APPS!!! Gotta put a ring on it!!!!
