This must be killing you. I know how dissenting opinions bother you so
Opinions do not bother me. What bothers me is the national shame that was brought upon the football team and athletic program when a player assaulted another player with his helmet. This video continues to be the most viewed video in App State Athletics history. That event changed some things in the athletic department. Unfortunately, the fans have to bear the brunt of those actions and changes more than any player had to, which sucks.
I disagree with this. The incident should have zero impact on a coach or coaches (OC/DC) giving a periodic interview after fall practices. That's hogwash
Disagree all you want to. It’s not the football coach’s responsibility to produce media content.
I agree with you. He doesn't want to do extra media stuff, he doesn't have to. Pretty sure it's not in the contract. And despite what a few folks on this board insist, I sincerely doubt a 3 minute post-practice interview would move the needle of interest in the program. Folks just want content to look at and talk about, even if that content is meaningless. And, I'll repeat what I said before, more interviews, videos, etc. are just more opportunities to say/do the wrong thing in some people's eyes and court controversy.

Real Gs move in silence like lasagna.
I don't agree with you, I think the guy needs to release more information.

But more importantly, that last line is classic. respect.

It is for him to give interviews. No one has said he produces a damn thing. Coming off the field after practice for 5 to 10 minutes answering softball questions...if you believe that is not part of his job, you are clueless yourself
Hard to give soft interviews to the media when he kicks them all out before 11 on 11 sessions.
A lot of coaches do that at the FBS level. Some coaches even kick the NFL teams out after the first few periods of practice. Loggains has practice wide open for the NFL, which is good to hear. Do you or anyone know how many media members want to watch practice every day?
The only media that I know that shows up each time that access is allowed is David Ware and he is escorted out of the stadium prior to 11 on 11.
No info really hurts fans like myself - as 94 can attest I would call him just about every week - or even more often - to ask about news, players, practice flow, etc. That has happened over the last several years and before him I would be talking to Moose on a regular basis.
Also 94 can attest I haven't "bothered" him at all this season - Because there is nothing out to get regular fans excited I really have zero interest at this point. I will watch the games and root for victories but it's nowhere near the previous 27-28 years and honestly I'm not sure that excitement will return anytime soon or ever.
