This comment is mainly in response to other folks just like me who really don’t know what they are talking about and have predetermined that we can’t do certain types of offense or defense based on a perception of our roster.

It doesn't matter as much now with the transfer portal, but it absolutely matters. If you have a roster to run a 1 gap defensive scheme, it's going to take time to get the right guys to run a 2 gap scheme.

Likewise, if you have a zone blocking roster but switch to a man block scheme, it's going to take some time to get the right guys.

It's a different skill set -- especially in the trenches.

I would imagine so. You have 7 with 2 of them likely gone, (Sullivan & Arnholt). The other 5 seem talented but pretty unproven.

I don’t think that’s what the injunction means. Pavia is the sole plaintiff so the ruling is for him.It coyld open the door for others, but they would have to file suit on their own or be attached to a class action claim.
