Got someone else's packet. Called ticket office 2079, no answer. 3030 got an answer and transferred me to ticket office. Recording with no options to speak with person.
Called Yosef. Offered to hand deliver the incorrect packet to owner (Assume they got ours).
"Just give them my # and I'll go to their house or wherever".
Yosef guy called back and said he spoke with ticket person who wants me to ship it back to office.
Nothing on where our package landed.
Not crazy about the experience. I guess we are depending on someone to ship our tix back to Boone to resend to us, All in 12 days.

Well my dad had called a couple weeks ago to change the delivery address and then got an email last week from UPS that the package was undeliverable. He received a phone call from this morning from the ticket office to verify the address and was told he should receive them by the end of the week. Evidently the package was returned to the ticket office. It appears they are working hard to get them out but may be dealing with shipping issues. I hope you get yours soon.

That’s good news. But in my case, I never got an email that a shipping label has been created.

Was your gift in with the tickets and parking passes or was it a separate package? I was fortunate enough to receive tickets and parking passes last week but have not received a giving gift. BTW I also received another person's ticket as well. I called and informed the ticket office that day and they said they would reprint them and send them back out to that person.

Same. Today got tix and parking passes no gift. I just assumed there were no gifts this year.

Tix just arrived. No gift here either. What was the gift?
Also, I have NEZ tickets and the passes were included in my packet. Interesting that they didn't include a lanyard with them. The NEZ passes are meant to be worn around your neck.
