the new guy at East Tennessee State first season took them from one or two wins last year to the FCS playoffs and almost knocked off Jacksonville State. one concern there he was suspended for a week or for a game for whacking a kid in the head on his helmet. He was OC at Florida State under Jimbo.

I’ve had him on the radar for awhile,he’s done an excellent job at ETSU.My thought is Charlotte would go after JMUs Houston with this as a backup .They could do worse. Hopefully they will.
