Loyalty strikes again!

Would have been great to have him around the program for his 7th year as he is an excellent leader. But, put me in the camp that we needed 2 new linebackers for next year. Needs to be an age boundary in CFB just like there is in NFL. You can't enter the NFL unless you're 3 years removed from HS. College needs to adopt an age limit of 23 years old or something. It's killing high school kids to keep letting 23-28 year olds play. A little different for the academies and religion schools that serve and come back at age 26...not sure how you monitor that.
Haynes, Farrar, Gooch, and McKinnis can battle it out now.

Don’t forget about Bethea and Littlejohn. Arnholt and Sullivan still have eligibility and no announcement of intentions at this point.

That's right! Excited to see Bethea and Littlejohn as well. Good to have the leadership of Arnholt and Sullivan as they are the oldest in that room now. Not sure what happened with Caden, he was excellent a couple years ago. Injury? That's a pretty good, young room.

I think it will help Sullivan as he is faster.

I believe he worked hard and knew where to be, his body just wasn't able to get him there. I've suffered from that since middle school and it's only gotten worse.

I think some of it to me was making reads. Maybe better coaching will help. There were times, the reaction on pass plays were very slow to react like it was a surprise someone was coming across the middle. As such, no matter how fast he is, he was not going to catch up to the TE, RB or whatever setting up in middle of field or across the middle for short passes.

Almost sounds like he has been playing out of position for years. Oh wait, he was a safety in HS...
Sometimes position changes pan out, sometimes they don't. He still gives crazy good effort though so can't be mad at that.
