Maybe they switch homecoming to a later game on a Saturday in hopes it is better? Doubt it would help though.

Homecoming and just regular home games probably wouldn't have been the same anyway. The extra TV games should (I don't know for sure) bring in more money, which will help our ailing budget.

Now here's where it gets interesting. As the season progresses, and if we keep winning, there's a chance we may be flirting with a Top 10 ranking. If so, there's a good chance more games get moved to better days and time slots. Since we don't have any P5 games on the schedule, maybe not, but if we keep winning, and become relevant in the Top 10 voting, who knows?

Depending on how the season is going, we could pick up some Saturday TV games that will be decided by the networks later in the year.

We do need decisive wins this year, and as someone said above....we need UL to have a good OOC showing as well so that they have some cred coming into our game.

I have a hard time pulling for GaSo, even if it helps us. That what a rival will do to logical thinking. It makes one irrational.

Pulling for UNCC would be a hard thing to do. If I knew it could guarantee us a NYE bowl then I could do it. Otherwise it would be hard to be honest.

I doubt they keep it close, but I'll be pulling for Charlotte in those games....especially against UNC.

obviously I want us to beat GS as often as possible. But I will always take a loss to them if it means we win the conference and a bowl game. (not that it is mutually exclusive, just making a point)
