I realize I am probably in the minority here with this thought. I like the song " play me some mountain music"... however, it does not instill or give me the vibes I am about to put the hammer down, sandpaper that @$$ or Bombs Over Baghdad...😂
Does absolutely nothing for me either. Terrible intro song.

There’s a hanging curveball that I am tempted to blast over the fence.

Back in Black, Play Me Some Mountain Music, Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, and Beer Never Broke My Heart ( or another Luke Combs song) should always be in the mix.

Probably old man coming out but I always got chills when we played Back in Black at the start. Can't beat thumping base. The Bugeler's Theme is a must. Hope I remember the right name.

We don't need a divisive DJ, Period. We have the state's best marching band...The Appalachian State University and North Carolina's Band of Distinction. They work hard to perform in front of 30,000+ rabid App students and fans and get played over by the controversial DJ. We all like both, but the band should win over and get first priority. We did just fine and had more true college football atmosphere before we had the DJ stuff. Just my opinion.

What is the song where the student section extends their arms and claps their hands. Similar to the UF "Gator Bait" chant. Hope that makes sense.

Agree. And outlaw any dj music in between downs...it's obnoxious and distracting...im fine nixing a DJ altogether...not hard to play Back In Black at intro and let Band take it from there...but I'm old and in the way...
