Correct, neither is sausage. I have been to a BBQ restaurant in San Marcos and I enjoyed it, but it is not BBQ. One the plus side you can find grits there, BUT no Livermush. Again, I don’t know how those unfortunate people live.

I must take issue with anyone that disputes the FACT that smoked brisket is bbq. In fact, it is amongst the holy trinity of bbq, to wit, Briskett, Pulled pork, ribs
