Did all of you miss the ODU game? ODU is a much better offensive team than Georgia State yet you all think GSU is going to score 4 times? They don't have Arbuckle and have run for an astonishing 132 yards on the season. This game won't be close and State will be lucky to score once, much less three to five times.

Not saying you're wrong, but by that transitive property logic, one could say that Wisconsin is a better defensive team than App and GSU scored 17 on them, so they're likely to score 30+ on us.

On the plus side for GSU, I see their offensive production increasing this year compared to last 2 years (0 is '14 and 3 in '15). On the negative side, only an arithmetic increase...I give them 6 this year to our 38.

I agree with you that based on the logic of the argument, one could say State should score 30+. However, we have more information than simply a transitive argument due to previous games with them and unless GSU's coaching staff figured out App's defense, there is no way they score more than twice. Those two times give them anywhere from 6 to 14 points.

For a real analysis; Georgia State and ODU have combined to score 10 points against App in four combined meetings. GSU is getting out rushed at a ratio of 9:1 and is losing the TOP battle 39:00 to 21:00 on average. This plays right into Apps strength while playing to State's weakness:

38-6 App rolls. Moore has 200 yards rushing again.

I usually read it on Friday. My real comment was in reference to score predictions less any analysis.

Oh my, now they have had a bye week off to prepare for App State.
