Re: ULM game broadcast
So as I watch this and continue to get pissed, I ask is this more on lack of talent or lack of coaching?
Can't help but think how Coach Clark continued to say this was a "reset", it's not a rebuild.
So did you lie and we really don't have the talent and this is actually a rebuild? Or do we have the talent and the coaches have failed to "reset" at this point in the year?

The buyout goes down to $1 million on 12/1.

$500k-$1M is nothing. If they start calling, we can come up with it. If we can’t come up with that, we will never be good again.

Ok, that's actually pretty manageable.

So we evidently have a good extra point/ 2 point conversion defense. Really about the only bright side of our d all night.

Again coaches are not impressive, but it is clear we don’t have the talent.
We literally never make the first tackle. Ever. We take awful angles. We over pursue and we can’t tackle.

I never thought he was the right hire.App_in_Maiden wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 8:35 pmIf we don’t turn it around in 2nd half, I’ll finally eat crow and say it’s time to move on from Clark.
He’s a good man and loves App State, but so far that hasn’t been enough.
He certainly hasn’t been able to maintain the program’s overall success much less move it forward, but has had a few nice moments.
His program is getting worse over time, that’s not a good sign.
It’s easy to criticize but it’s hard not to notice the issues.
