That's a good spark. Not sure why Roberts hasn't had carries...

They probably felt they had momentum and defense on heels. But ya, dumb call.

Stupid decision to go for 2 at this point in the game.

Going for 2 there makes little to no sense. At least not to me, anyway.

We need a big stop here

Why does this defense look so slow? The angles we take are insanely bad as well.

Happy for Kanye. Looked really good and like he belongs in the backfield some.

I'm not going to say a whole lot about the call as much as I have complained about too conservative over the last year or so

Hate to be doom and gloom but I don’t see a guaranteed W on the SBC east schedule

Need to come out and score to start the second half and set the tone.

Honest question, doesn't it seem like players are more concerned with getting their celebrations correct than making it back to the line/huddle? I get it when you do something truly special, but it seems like guys are just trying to make highlight reels. Maybe I'm wrong and just becoming an old fart. Just wish I'd see more hustle focused on getting back into position/huddle after a play is over.

99% of the time I’d tell you that you were old and need to just get over it. However, I’ve seen more than a few instances of App defensive players having to sprint into position because they were too busy celebrating a tackle of a runner who just gained 4 yards.

You can bark and dance all you want… if you’re clearly better.

I think it is the old fart mentality unfortunately. I feel the same as you. I still have one in high school. A cheerleader fortunately. If I had a son on our high school football team I would ring his neck. The kids today unfortunately are more about the look at me thing. It's a way different world from growing up in 70's and 80's. Not saying good or bad just different.

Good to know it's not just me. If we were rolling and up a ton I'd get it, but they've been slow getting back into position. Granted I haven't played since the late 90s, but my coaches preached hustle back to your position when the O is running tempo.
