2018 Football Schedule?

While I understand booking FCS teams at home, I'd rather we stop that practice all together. I look forward to the Penn State, Troy, & ArkState games.

No FCS games = no Penn State (or UGA/Tennessee/etc.)

Why?

Easy, we need the $$ guarantee game to supplement the Athletic dept. We make more on a P5 money game than we do a home game minus guarantee games. we cant pay the guarantee without the supplement.

To clarify No FCS games = less than six home games some years if we continue to schedule one game series at P5 schools (which we will for $).

September 29 could be a safe date for trave. Doubt if we would have 3 home games in a row?????

every conference school hates the thanksgiving game, so it is probably our turn to host one that weekend again.

I like this schedule despite no P5's at home. At Charlotte might be a home game, Southern Miss in town will be fun, GSU and Shawn Elliott's first game back in Boone, and Troy. I just hope we can avoid too many weekday game.
