Re: Official Blue Moon prediction thread
For a real analysis; Georgia State and ODU have combined to score 10 points against App in four combined meetings. GSU is getting out rushed at a ratio of 9:1 and is losing the TOP battle 39:00 to 21:00 on average. This plays right into Apps strength while playing to State's weakness:
38-6 App rolls. Moore has 200 yards rushing again.

161-10 over the 4 games. Average score is 40-2.5. So we are averaging 6 TDs and giving up less than a field goal.

I think we can run and play action on anyone. Still concerned with our ability to get pressure and defend a passing attack. Georgia State is hungry and has had an extra week to prepare.

Us: 38
Them: 21
Close first half, our D finds itself in 3rd. 6 of our receivers make an impact.

Re: Official Blue Moon prediction thread
GA St. may have the best WRs in the SBC, don't sleep on those guys. For GA St. to win they will likely need to be +2 in TO margin, no mistakes guys.
Pound Moore and Evans and take the passes where they give them. On defense it will come down to how well we pressure and they haven't given up a lot of sacks. If we get pressure our pass defense scheme works, if not expect them to get yardage through the air.
Need to break their spirit early in this one as I think we'll see their offense gain steam if we allow them to hang around.

Re: Official Blue Moon prediction thread
Did all of you miss the ODU game? ODU is a much better offensive team than Georgia State yet you all think GSU is going to score 4 times? They don't have Arbuckle and have run for an astonishing 132 yards on the season. This game won't be close and State will be lucky to score once, much less three to five times.
