Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood
This team went 5-7 in one of the worst FCS conferences last year. They lost 35-13 to University of St. Thomas last week. Who? This is actually sad

Stroman just doesn't have his head in the game.

It sure ain’t gonna get easier for us from here.
Maybe a dose of reality about where our team is after last week…

We need Dozier and Mbake back fast out wide. Got a lot of young guys in like Coleman and Sanchez.

I don't think it's sad. But not the huge improvement we thought we had based on last week. Back to earth today. But I still feel we are better than last year and will finish season ahead of last year.

He’s been around long enough that I think it’s safe to say he just isn’t that good.

We will be fine. But yes, if Stroman holds onto the ball it’s 21-0 and we’ve got all momentum. Game is probably over at half but now we’re in a dog fight. It’s the little things.

Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood
These games also just kind of happen? Go look at the scores of UGA-Austin Peay and Clemson-Troy. Or look at Notre Dame- NIU last year. The little guy is going to put it all on the line while the big guy is just trying to maintain.Yosefus wrote: ↑Sat Sep 06, 2025 3:51 pmI don't think it's sad. Sad thing is...it's always Stroman. I really hoped this coaching staff had gotten his half-@$$edness out of him.

No effort. Larkins seemed to pull up on the overthrow. We’re making this a lot more difficult with stupid errors.

Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood
Probably won’t matter against Lindenwood but it will in conference play.
I dunno the back to back weeks of fumbles into the endzone on clear touchdowns really irks me. Happening once is embarrassing, happening twice in two weeks starts to reflect on the team and concerns me.

Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood
Had Stroman blocked on that last big run would have been a possible TD. He just was jogging around doing nothing....

Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood
Will be interesting to see what we look like after the half. If coach has the team listening they will come out fired up. Lions already fired up

That’s what I’m interested in seeing. Dlow and DJ better be having some tough convos in there.
I expect them to come out a lot different and more focused.
