Re: Realistic coaching options for 2025...
58 freaking pages and still thrashing out positive and negative coaching changes. This is the epitome of a mega thread.
Maybe everyone involved on here will have a merry Christmas.

Coach DLo with Daniel Jeremiah on his podcast..... Hearing Coach DLo talk just shows/tells me how far behind the curve Clark was. Argue it all you want....because I know we haven't seen results yet....but his mindset is in a TOTALLY diff place than SC's was... I was one of the people that was anxious to find out what was going on with the team so my mind is at rest right now.

Great Pod with DJ and Bucky. With a little patience, we may just find that we have the right guy.

DLo is winning the interview room. I am a fan... however, I will wait to anoint him as a winner until results on the field. Optimistic for sure and hope he has success and takes us to higher places we have not been previously.

Exactly. He is saying the right stuff and it all sounds good. He seems to have a vision and plan. Let’s see how it looks on the field. I’m excited about the possibilities.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2024 8:07 pmDLo is winning the interview room. 100% agree on all of it. My mind was already at rest but I got even more confidence after this interview.ASUTodd wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2024 5:54 pmCoach DLo with Daniel Jeremiah on his podcast..... He is thinking like a person with a NFL background, which he is. He is next level on the game plan, compared to the previous regime, of how to do this. He is way more detailed than the previous staff and I would say that people we have in personnel will have to learn big time and improve or they will not last long. His success will depend on the type of staff he can get but I love where his mind is. He also talked about nailing the eval process and that is so important.
He name dropped Joe Douglas and Joe is a smart guy. It would be nice if he could get Joe for a year or two while he is getting the remainder of his money from the Jets! haha

I really hope we got a winner but in 20 years of coaching he sure hasn't been a part of many (actually very few) winning teams. I hope nothing more that he wins here and wins big. That being said, his history is very lacking in "winning"PhillyApp1 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2024 7:45 pmCoach is Big time realASUTodd wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2024 5:54 pmCoach DLo with Daniel Jeremiah on his podcast..... Re: Realistic coaching options for 2025...
Reminiscent of a game day thread where we start out bad and turn it on and win. First few pages full of doom and gloom guys per usual then the comments take a huge turn (per usual as well). Go back to like page 3 of this thread and read the negative App guys who slammed the hire and clamored for the FCS guy.

Maybe DLo wat the reason they won the games they did. Maybe he learned from those losses how to do it better.t4pizza wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2024 8:48 pmI really hope we got a winner but in 20 years of coaching he sure hasn't been a part of many (actually very few) winning teams.
