Then you have to be fast, diciplened, and able to tackle. At least two of those have been a problem for a very long time. Hope coach can solve that no matter what formations we use.

Maybe he was whispering when he needed to be yelling.

Just like the team needs to learn how to win our coach needs to learn how to win as well.

That would have been a third job. I hope that they hire an OC and then maybe he can give some attention to the QB room. Just a thought.
