Watched Georgia Southern lose to Arkansas State last Saturday. Our game with them a week from Thursday is a tossup, in my book.
Right now I think this game and Ark St are toss ups. JMU kills us and Marsha is in their favor as well.

JMU is cursed against us since selling their souls to the devil to get all those BS calls back in 2022 to propel their comeback.

I HATE HATE HATE Georgia Southern!!! All these new guys who are here for this year only, for them, It's just another game. Always will be like that except to the guys who stick around 4 or 5 years. They will never "truly" understand the hate between the two schools. That s*&Thole place can burn to the ground for all I care.

And this year, we have the additional Brendan Harrington piece to add fuel to the fire.

Are we approaching this game like hate week or love week? That will go a long way depending on the approach.

Black and blue bowl, beat the stink.

A must win. 2 or 3 wins possibly to finish the season would be great. I think the odds will be against us beating JMU but a toss up or better on the other 3.

down 3 starting o-linemen.... gotta have AJ with some quick passes and the RB's have to be on point with their run game. WR's CANNOT drop passes this week. Also missing Cummings for the rest of the year. We can't catch a break!

And, if we can score every time we're inside the red zone (10 yard line), I like our chances.

Like it or not, I don’t think Dowell is the type of play caller to pound the rock. I will be interested to see if that changes any with the loss of Cummings. He was a different type of athlete and is a big loss.

I would agree with that based upon the first 8 games of his tenure. However, a guy can dream.. would like to see if it would work and break Stink's will and give D more rest. Given losses on DL, they need less time on the field

I agree and I would like to see it for those reasons. We know they have at least 1 LB who struggles to stop the run.

DL seems like a play caller that plays to strengths, our run blocking isn’t one of those.

Sadly, our pass blocking isn't much better.
