I would have liked to see Kanye play with the OL play we had against JMU/GS and I would have liked to see him more involved in the passing game...BUT what I saw from wasn't so great that I will say this hurts.

Honestly I was so impressed with Ahmani Marshall. He was big, fast and the vision to see the holes. I believe he has no more eligibility but if he does I hope he gets to be the feature RB next year for us.

It will be nice if we have a feature back. I think that was one of Clark’s issues, insisting on a RB rotation.

With the injuries in the RB room, the rotation may have been a smart thing. I know you want to feed a hot hand, but RB's don't seem to make it a full season in today's game.

One could argue that the rotation, both in games and practice, and the lack of reps contributed to the injury issues. Our rotation seemed to be on principle more than rest.

I'm with you on that. JMU thought it was the end of the world when 18+ players left with Cignetti, but they did just fine. We will be fine as well.

Hard to believe he never saw the field.

Overall, not concerned about players leaving, it’s not like we’ve won a bunch of games with them.

The ratings aren’t irrelevant. There’s a reason why almost every 4 star ends up at a P4 school, because of their talent, speed and size.

Stars are mostly based on offers. P4s don't offer players because they are 4 or 5 star but the reality is they give those stars to players going to P4 schools. Stars are more accurate for P4 schools but they do a bad job of ranking G5 recruits. Quick, Gossett, Evans, Jackson, Jean-Charles, etc all who got drafted were unrated or 2-star.

I would love for some to do that but its all about money now. Many of them are not loyal. They are using us to help them better their career and we use them to win us games now. I will appreciate those who stay but I don't let my emotion get into anymore. Times have changed.
