"If you are looking for one of the most beautiful scenes in all of college football, Kidd Brewer Stadium is the place for you. The stadium is surrounded by the natural beauty of North Carolina's High Country. If you go during the right time of year as the leaves are changing, you might think you have found yourself in the most perfect place on Earth."

Wow! I've never seen a major source of sports news say anything so perfect. I feel like that quote should be our Cabin welcome banner.

Kinda the opposite of "Boone Sucks, tell your friends", and also the same.

Wow ESPN made a list of nothing but big name schools. A 6th grader could have made that list.

That said I'm so pleased we are on the list. Go App!

Only other G5 stadium on the list is Army's Michie Stadium and I'm OK with that.

Fortunate enough to visit eight of those with the Mountaineers.

Work prevented A&M and UTk with covid stopping Wisc.

Washington, Ole Miss, and Wisconsin would oddly enough sit atop my bucket list of the ones App hasn't visited.

Overall, I think the list is fine. Spent part of professional life in LAX and attended several games there (PAC conference games)....Although the Rose Bowl is nice and has some nice views, it is rarely a sell out for UCLA. To me, that is a big part that makes the stadium experience. If it makes the list, should be like 24 or 25...just my opinion.

Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis should have been included. Not long after 9/11, a good friend who graduated from the Naval Academy invited me to attend a game there.

Instead of the usual stuff you plastered all over college stadiums, seeing “Okinawa” “Midway” “Iwo Jima” and the names of other places where men bled and died for our freedom brings tears to my eyes as I write this. It is a beautiful place, for many reasons.

can't argue with KB being there...we truly are blessed to have the gameday experience we have.

Keep in mind, we are ranked higher that Texas and Oklahoma's stadiums. Only other stadium is Clemson, and the only other ACC school other than the Tigers is Va Tech, and they both have great gameday experiences.

We remain...the best football program in North Carolina.
